They are the same, but as i understood, w220 works only with v12 and earlier maps. And i cant find them anywhere. I’ve tried 3 dvd with v16 and car did’t recognized them. There are information in the web, that w220 supports v12 and earlier.

Have you tried V18 ?

I know this links, but all of them need registration, and, for example, mhhauto has tax for this.
